Overview

This convening brings together district leaders, local industry partners, and community organizations for honest dialogue, peer-to-peer learning, and actionable strategies to strengthen pathways to workforce readiness. Across the country, Building Pathways events are designed to bridge conversations between K–12 education and industry, helping districts chart clear courses for students to explore careers, build skills, and stay motivated to reach their goals.

What can I expect from the day?
Each Building Pathways event includes a networking lunch and a moderated round table discussion with panelists to bridge and facilitate connections between industry and education. 

Is lunch provided?
Yes! A complimentary lunch is included, along with time to connect with peers and colleagues.

What is needed to check in at the event?
When you arrive, you'll receive your name badge at the registration table. As part of your check-in, you'll also be asked to review a photography notice—this simply lets you know that photos will be taken during the event and may be shared in future event-related materials.
