Learning Together:

How Science Leaders Are Sparking Curiosity, Sensemaking, and Literacy

Wednesday, October 28
2:00-2:45 PM ET

What does meaningful science learning look like today—and how are educators making it happen?

Join Discovery Education’s Teaching & Learning experts alongside science leaders, district educators, and education partners for a candid conversation about what’s working in today’s science classrooms. Together, we'll explore how districts are sparking curiosity, strengthening student sensemaking and literacy, and creating meaningful opportunities for students to think, talk, explore, and do science.

We’ll also dig into the realities of putting these practices into action, from balancing screen time with hands-on learning to supporting new and non-specialist teachers, building educator confidence, and making high-impact instruction easier to implement. Hear real experiences and practical ideas you can take back to your schools and districts!
